About
Elliott Energy was founded on the idea that individuals can make an impact when it comes to a cleaner future. We should not be sitting on the sidelines waiting for someone else to solve this issue for us. Rather, we need to take on the responsibility ourselves and inspire others to make energy efficient decisions. This is our world and no one is going to save it for us.
As a company, we have specialized in saving commercial and residential buildings energy for the last several years, mainly performing ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits. Our goal is to take the knowledge we have gained and help other individuals/companies in their pursuit to save energy. Energy auditing can be a daunting task and we are here to assist at any step along the way.
As well as energy auditing, Elliott Energy has focused much of its efforts towards building highly effective building modeling tools. We have built in-house methods of determining the energy consumption of the following:
Heating/cooling equipment (chillers, boilers, etc.)
Ventilation (air handlers, exhaust fans, etc.)
Pumps
Domestic hot water systems
Lighting
And more…
These specialized methods can help to determine if it is worthwhile to replace that pool heater or upgrade to LED lighting, for example. Our analysis also goes into more complex situations, such as controlling outdoor air intake with demand control ventilation or incorporating an energy recovery system.
Calculations also include energy conservation measures.
In addition to energy audits and custom calculations, Elliott Energy has extensive experience in dealing with utility companies; whether it be calculation approvals, measurement and verification reports, and more.
We have spent a lot of time in all different types of buildings all over the country and we know how large and difficult of a problem it is that we are all facing.
